(1) In the following cases, the elected director can be removed by the majority of the shareholders present at the general meeting:-
(a) in the event of any disqualification set forth in Section 11, or
(b) If absent from the meeting of the committee more than three times in a row without the permission of the committee and because of that absence, if nominated director is considered unconscionable from the point of view of the Government of Nepal and elected director from the point of view of the general meeting, or
(c) If proved to be a shareholder in any contract with the Institute in violation of Section 18.
(2) In the case of a director elected from among the shareholder employees, if the majority of such shareholder employees pass a motion of no confidence.
